Sharing my 10mins abs workout at home! Fingers crossed I can keep up with this routine twice a week and that is my simple New Year’s Resolution this year.
It is a very simple workout routine and to be completely honest, I don’t often work out and if I do, these are the few routines I follow along at the comfort of wherever I am. I also do not have a special diet, but am looking to have one slowly!! Let me know your recommendations !!
